Project Manager

JGM Property Group (JGM) is looking for a Project Manager to manage the HUD FSM 3.12 contract.  JGM’s Government Project Managers are responsible for the successful delivery of services to federal government agencies.  The Project Manager ensures the timely accomplishment of all specified requirements and works with executive management to establish program priorities.  The Project Manager is responsible for overall performance and the successful execution of requirements to cost, schedule, and customer satisfaction.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Overseeing program execution of Government contracts and manage to cost, schedule and performance
  • Responsible for day-to-day execution of contract requirements performed by the program team.
  • Serving as the point of contact for the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) in addressing the day-to-day activities
  • Addressing quality and performance issues and implementing solutions
  • Exercising authority to make decisions that affect contract performance
  • Developing, maintaining, and managing vendor and subcontractor relationships
  • Monitoring and managing daily performance of the contract and ensuring adequate resources (staff, equipment, supplies, etc.) for successful execution
  • Providing leadership, guidance, direction, and decision making on program execution
  • Identifying, managing, and mitigating program risks in collaboration with Contract Manager
  • Leading project team in the execution of contract requirements and deliverables
  • Planning, managing, and reporting on the contract execution and progress
  • Conducting project meetings and tracking project deliverables, including weekly executive briefings
  • Delivering regular reporting to customers as required  
  • Evaluating staff on overall work performance
  • Ensuring assigned staff are properly trained and have the requisite experience and knowledge to execute work objectives



      • Bachelor’s degree
      • Minimum three (3) years’ experience working on Government contracts
      • Must have strong knowledge of program management principles
      • Strong leadership, analytical, and customer service skills
      • Strong ability to adapt to client needs and provide guidance to work objectives
      • Ability to lead a large team on client deliverables
      • Strong computer skills and knowledge of common Mortgage Field Services industry programs
      • Experience with Python, SQL, and Tableau is preferred
      • Experience with P260, PPW, Yardi Voyager and Aspen is preferred
      • Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen
